Grand Opening Giveaway!

The Grand Opening Giveaway is now closed!

I'm so excited it's our first week of posting here for Quilting Bee Blocks (.com!).  I have so many things planned for this website and hope that it will be a resource and source of inspiration for many of you out there - whether you are in a Virtual Quilting Bee - want to be in a VQB - don't know what the heck a VQB is -- regardless, please visit often, comment, and be inspired by all the amazing quilting bee blocks out there!

Now what's a Grand Opening without prizes?  We've got lots of great prizes to give away this week, and here's how it's going to work:

Our main goal here is to SPREAD THE WORD about our new site.  So basically anything you do to help us spread the word will count for an entry.

Your first entry is a freebie- just comment on this post once for your first chance.  It's not necessary if you're in a quilting bee or just interested in our site - just comment and say hi or something!  If you want to earn extra entries, here are some things you can do:

1.  Become a follower of the site (either through the follow this site widget on the sidebar or in your RSS reader)
2.  Follow us on Twitter (@beeblocks)
3.  Write a post about us on your personal blog
4.  Post our button on your sidebar
5.  Start a thread about us in any Flickr groups you may own (preferably all those awesome Bee groups out there!)
6.  Hire a sky-writer and have him type "QuiltingBeeBlocks.com" up in the air in his trail (Um hello!  You might just have to win the whole she-bang if you do this one!) :)

So - comment once for your first entry.  Comment one additional time for each extra you earn, leaving me your twitter name, blog link or Flickr group if applicable.

The contest will run for one week: next Monday, April 12th the contest will close at 10:00 am MST and I'll choose the winners using Random.org.
